I don't think it sucked, it was just like DotA 1 (if you're talking about DotA 2)..
I have it and its great, but the matchmaking system, which I just tested (and played
) for a couple of hours earlier, was not that good at all. You get paired up with honfags/lolfags or trolls who just want to destroy the game. But, otherwise, its good.
